Mission Statement
The mission of the Pauls Valley Angel Tree is to ensure that every child in our community feels seen, valued, and remembered this Christmas Season by uniting as a community to provide gifts and care packages to those who would otherwise go without.

Application Schedule
If your children are in need this Christmas season, and you meet the criteria listed below, please apply in person at the Nora Sparks Warren Memorial Library at 210 N Willow Street in Pauls Valley, OK. Dates and times to apply are listed here.

Reside in the city of Pauls Valley, OK (have a Pauls Valley address)

Children 0-18 years old can qualify

School aged children must attend Pauls Valley schools or Whitebead school

Homeschooled children will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Provide the following documentation at the time you apply

Government issued identification (US driver's license, passport, military ID, etc.)

Proof of residence (utility statement, bank statement, pay stub, etc.)

Proof of enrollment in Pauls Valley or Whitebead schools (for school age children)

Applications will not be processed until all the proper documentation has been received and the application has been completed in its entirety

Tuesday, 04 - 10am-12pm
Wednesday, 05 - 4pm-6pm
Thursday, 06 - 10am-12pm
Friday, 07 - 1pm-3pm
Saturday, 08 - 10am-12pm

Adopt an Angel
Each angel represents a child and two gifts they have requested, valued at $20 each. Angels are located at the Nora Sparks Warren Library in Pauls Valley, OK on the "Angel Tree." More information can be found at the library or at the link below. Angel adoption begins November 5th, 2025.
Volunteer Your Time
There are many ways you can volunteer your time and energy to assisting our program including:
Helping families sign up for assistance
Translating documents and in person
